If you want to return an item to us for a refund or exchange, that's no problem - all we request is that you follow our policy.

Before any goods are returned, it is absolutely essential that the item meets our criteria for a return. Any returned goods must be:

  • In 'new' condition

  • In original packaging

  • With any swing tags / labels still attached

  • Not used on a public road or race track

  • Pre-Authorised for return (see below)

All returns must be brought to our attention within 14 days of receipt - you MUST e-mail us beforehand to let us know that you wish to return your goods, you can do this by sending an e-mail to: info@pistonoids.com. The e-mail must include your name, order number, billing address and reason for return (e.g refund, exchange of size etc).

Once we have received your e-mail you'll get confirmation that your refund has been accepted.

Returns for Refund
All items returned for a refund are the responsibility of the customer. We ask you to return your goods on a tracked service so that the goods are insured for their value if they were to go missing. As soon as your goods are returned to us, the original payment will be refunded in full. This normally takes 3-5 days to show in your bank account. PayPal transactions are refunded immediately.

If you prefer us to collect the goods from you, we can do so for the cost of £12.50. You must be available between the hours of 8:30am and 6:00pm on the day of collection. If you want us to collect your goods, please let us know in your e-mail.*

Returns for Exchange
If you wish to exchange your goods We ask you to return your goods on a tracked service so that the goods are insured for their value if they were to go missing. As soon as your goods are returned to us, we will send the replacement goods to you at no extra cost. If there is a price difference, we will contact you to either issue a partial refund or take additional payment.

If you prefer us to collect the goods from you, we can do so for the cost of £12.50. You must be available between the hours of 8:30am and 6:00pm on the day of collection. Our courier will drop of the replacement at the same time. If you want us to collect your goods, please let us know in your e-mail.*

* This service is ONLY available to customers on the UK Mainland. International customers must send back products by their own courier service.
